"Women's Access to Care: State Policy Choices and Their Impact"  7/9/2003
National Women’s Law Center and the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation, Barbara Jordan Conference Center, Washington, D.C.

This briefing, co-sponsored by the National Women's Law Center and the Kaiser Family Foundation and held in the Barbara Jordan Conference Center, discusses the role of state-based policy in access to care for women and presents findings from a new report, "Women's Access to Care: A State-Level Analysis of Key Health Policies." The report provides a detailed review of state policies of importance to women, with an emphasis on private insurance, Medicaid and reproductive health.
