The Kaiser Family Foundation and the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) co-sponsor this briefing on the key issues and outcomes of the 2008 HIV/AIDS Implementers’ Meeting. Held in early June in Kampala, Uganda, the meeting was guided by its theme "Scaling Up Through Partnerships: Overcoming Obstacles to Implementation" and attracted more than 1,700 HIV/AIDS implementers from throughout world, representing more than 70 countries.
