Viewing Kaisernetwork Video Feeds
Kaisernetwork HealthCasts may be viewed using the free Windows Media Player. For best results you should view the HealthCasts with the most recent version of the player, which may be downloaded from the Microsoft Windows Media Player website.
Viewing Slides, Bios, and other Media Elements
Many HealthCasts provide links to content in Flash and PDF formats. Download the most recent versions of these plugins from the following locations:
Viewing in an External Window
If you are having problems watching the video or prefer to view in an external Windows Media Player, please click on "Video not playing? Click here to view externally" in the lower-left corner of the player box.
Changing Connection Speed
If you want to change your connection speed while the video is playing, simply click on either the high or low speed boxes on the player. Changing your video speed may improve video quality or make it easier to watch live webcasts.
Mac Users
If you are experiencing problems with the video please download Microsoft's Media Player for Mac.
