National AIDS Control Organization (NACO)
NACO is the central organization for formulation of policy and implementation of programs for prevention and control of HIV/AIDS in India. This site contains HIV/AIDS guidelines, policies, overviews of NACO programs, epidemiological updates and lists of related sites.

The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria
Aims to attract, manage and disburse additional resources through a public-private partnership that will make a sustainable and significant contribution to the reduction of infections, illness and death, thereby mitigating the impact caused by HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria in countries in need, and contributing to poverty reduction as part of the Millennium Development goals.

Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS)
Advocate for global action on HIV/AIDS. UNAIDS leads, strengthens and supports an expanded response aimed at preventing the transmission of HIV, providing care and support, reducing the vulnerability of individuals and communities to HIV/AIDS, and alleviating the impact of the epidemic.

CSIS Task Force on HIV/AIDS
The Task Force outlines strategic choices that lie ahead for the United States in fighting the global HIV/AIDS pandemic. The CSIS Task Force comprises an Eminent Persons Panel (EPP), drawn from Congress, the administration, public health groups, the corporate sector, activists, and others. This panel helps to shape the direction and scope of the Task Force and disseminate findings to a broader U.S. audience.

Mailman School of Public Health - MTCT-Plus Initiative
Coordinated by the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University in response to the UN Secretary General's Call to Action. Program aims to decrease morbidity and mortality, further reduce mother-to-child transmission of HIV, lessen orphanage, promote VCT, and strengthen local health care capacity

International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI)
Global organization working to speed the development and distribution of preventive AIDS vaccines.

The Global Business Coalition on HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria
The GBC’s first goal is to increase its membership significantly, before identifying and advocating for opportunities to improve business sector AIDS programs, nationally and globally.
