The Center on an Aging Society at Georgetown University is a Washington-based, non-partisan public policy institute that fosters critical thinking about the implications of an aging society. The Center studies the impact of demographic changes on public and private institutions and families of all ages.
National Council on the Aging
NCOA is an association of organizations and professionals dedicated to promoting the dignity, self-determination, well being, and contributions of older persons.
National Association of State Units on Aging (NASUA)
The National Association of State Units on Aging was founded in 1964 as a national non-profit membership organization comprised of the 57 state and territorial government agencies on aging. The mission of the Association is to advance social, health, and economic policies responsive to the needs of a diverse aging population and to enhance the capacity of its membership to promote the rights, dignity and independence of, and expand opportunities and resources for, current and future generations of older persons, adults with disabilities and their families.
National Programs of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Association
The National PACE Association (NPA) exists to advance the efforts of Programs of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). PACE programs coordinate and provide all needed preventive, primary, acute and long term care services so that older individuals can continue living in the community.
