"Advancing HIV Prevention: New Strategies for a Changing Epidemic --- United States, 2003"
TThe Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced on April 17, 2003, an initiative aimed at reducing the number of new infections caused by Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) each year in the United States. The new initiative expands on current HIV prevention strategies and it models other approaches that have proven effective in preventing infectious diseases.

"Access to HIV Prevention: Closing the Gap"
This webcast of the Global HIV Prevention Working Group from the Barbara Jordan Conference Center at the Kaiser Family Foundation in Washington, D.C. discusses the report Access to HIV Prevention: Closing the Gap. The report provides a region-by-region analysis of gaps in HIV prevention spending and access to key prevention interventions.
