A non-profit organization dedicated to the achievement of high-quality, affordable health and long-term care for all Americans. Families USA offers a wide range of information and publications on the uninsured.

Center for Studying Health System Change
Studies changes in health care systems nationwide and how those changes affect people at the community level.

Center on Budget and Policy Priorities - Health
The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities is a nonpartisan research organization and policy institute that conducts research and analysis on a range of government policies and programs, with an emphasis on those affecting low- and moderate-income people. This link directs users to health resources.

The Commonwealth Fund
Emphasizes prevention and promotion of healthy behavior. The Fund's two national program areas are 1) improving health insurance coverage and access to care and 2) improving the quality of health care services.
