National Black Women's Health Project,Congressional Black Caucus Health Brain Trust and the U.S. Senate Black Legislative Staff Caucus (SBLSC), Washington, D.C.
The Colloquium addresses the unequal burdens in health, health care access and quality of care borne by African American women, presented from the perspectives of black women.
The Colloquium is chaired by the Reps. Donna Christian-Christiansen (D-V.I.), the Elijah Cummings (D-Md.), members of the U.S. Congress, and Michelle McMurry, M.D., Ph.D., of the SBLSC's Legislative Affairs Committee.
