This session focuses on the President's initiative and the role of states in strengthening the safety net.

Moderator: Rick Berkobien, Health Committee Administrator, Oregon; and Staff Chair, NCSL Standing Committee on Health

Speakers: Heather Mizeur, Director, State Affairs, National Association of Community Health Centers, Maryland; Annette Kowal, Executive Director, Colorado Community Health Network, Colorado
