This event, sponsored by CSIS and the Kaiser Family Foundation, provides an overview and panel discussion of U.S. law and policy concerning inadmissibility of HIV-infected applicants for immigrant and nonimmigrant visas. Panelists also discuss a new CSIS report, "Moving Beyond the U.S. Government Policy of Inadmissibility of HIV-Infected Noncitizens."
