    This webcast will discuss implementing individual or employer requirements as a tool for coverage expansion, including state initiatives and legal considerations, such as the federal ERISA law governing employer-provided benefits.

  • Financing Mechanisms and Benefit Packages in Coverage Expansions

    This webcast will address financing health reform plans, including the President’s proposal that would allow states to use disproportionate share hospital (DSH) money or other funds to provide affordable private coverage to the uninsured.
