Designer and philanthropist Kenneth Cole launched a new public education campaign on World AIDS Day with support from KNOW HIV/AIDS, a partnership of Viacom and the Kaiser Family Foundation. The goals of the "We All Have AIDS" campaign are to help end stigma and encourage people to get tested. Cole, a long-time social activist, spoke with the Kaiser Family Foundation's Jackie Judd.
