Veteran reporter Jim Wooten's new book, "We Are All the Same; A Story of a Boy's Courage and a Mother's Love," examines the life of a young South African boy who becomes an international symbol of AIDS and the toll the epidemic takes on a nation and its people. Nkosi Johnson's story is told against the backdrop of South Africa's turbulent social and political history.
Wooten is a former New York Times reporter and currently is a senior correspondent for ABC's Nightline. He is interviewed by Jackie Judd, vice president and senior advisor for communications, Kaiser Family Foundation.
