Throughout National Public Health Week, APHA will highlight examples of local projects using community projects/interventions to reverse the trends in health disparities.
In addition to promoting community-based success stories, APHA also will use NPHW to offer health professionals, the private and public sector and communities projects/interventions to help in the battle to eliminate all types of health disparities.
