Kaiser Family Foundation, the National Alliance of State and Territorial AIDS Directors, and the AIDS Treatment Data Network

Researchers, federal and state policymakers, and clients will discuss findings from the 2003 report and the latest issues facing ADAPs across the country, including:

  • How many clients did ADAPs serve?
  • What did ADAPs spend on medications?
  • How have ADAP budgets changed?
  • Which ADAPs are experiencing budget shortfalls, leading to waiting lists and other cost control measures?
  • How do ADAP eligibility and formularies vary by state?
  • How are ADAPs responding to the current economic downturn?
