The video has stopped in the middle of the HealthCast. What should I do?

Video streaming sometimes lags due to the heavy bandwidth requirement. If the webcast stops and your system does not appear to be “frozen,” wait 30 seconds to a minute. If it does not resume, please re-load the page or re-boot your system.
