I see the video playing, but I can't hear any sound...

In order to hear a HealthCast, or any webcast for that matter, you must have a computer equipped with both a sound card and speakers. You should know that if your system has speakers, you probably have a sound card. If you have a sound card and speakers and you are still having problems, try the following:
  1. Check the volume control on your player.
  2. Check the volume control on your external speakers.
  3. Check the sound settings on your computer’s control panel. If you use Windows, you can do this in your Settings (Start--> Settings-->Control Panel-->Multimedia-->Playback-->Volume Adjustment).
  4. Ask your network administrator, or Internet service provider if you have an Internet firewall, which may block reception of audio.
Not sure if your computer is set up to view a HealthCast? For technical support on this or other issues:
  • Contact us by email with any comments, problems, suggestions.
