In order to hear a HealthCast, or any webcast for that matter, you must have a computer equipped with both a sound card and speakers. You should know that if your system has speakers, you probably have a sound card. If you have a sound card and speakers and you are still having problems, try the following:
- Check the volume control on your player.
- Check the volume control on your external speakers.
- Check the sound settings on your computer’s control panel. If you use Windows, you can do this in your Settings (Start--> Settings-->Control Panel-->Multimedia-->Playback-->Volume Adjustment).
- Ask your network administrator, or Internet service provider if you have an Internet firewall, which may block reception of audio.
