Most of today’s computers are already built to meet the minimum requirements – and already meet or surpass the proper “processor speed” and have enough “memory” to run the Windows Media Player software. If you have an older model, don’t give up: try viewing the webcasts with an earlier version.

If you’re not sure about the details of your computer system, here are some ways to find out:
- For Windows 95/98: On the C Drive, under "My Computer", select "Control Panel."
In the window that appears, select the "System" icon.
Under the "General" tab you will find the details you need about the operating system (OS), the speed of your processor and how much RAM you have.
- For Macintosh: Under the Apple Menu, select "Apple System Profiler" and in the window that appears, select the tab "System Profile." Here you will find the details you need about your operating system under "Software Overview"; about RAM, under "Memory Overview," and processor speed under "Hardware Overview."
