Why doesn’t a HealthCast look and sound like my television?

Internet-delivered video lacks the quality of a television broadcast because it (a) is a lower resolution, (b) uses a small portion of your screen, and, (c) has a slow frame rate (number of frames per second). The quality should improve over coming years. At present, the best way to view a webcast is with a high-speed Internet connection (such as DSL, cable modem, T1) and with all other applications closed.
