I'm having problems printing.

Many kaisernetwork.org pages offer a "Print this Page" or "Print this Story" feature. We also offer a “Print the Entire Report” feature for the Daily Reports. These features will bring you to pages that have been designed specifically for printing.

When printing pages that are not available in “printer-friendly” formats, you may experience the problem of text being cut off on the right and bottom margins. To avoid this problem you will need to minimize your page margins. You can do this by choosing File-->Page Setup in your browser, and adjusting the margins to a smaller numerical value.

Netscape Users: We are aware of a bug in certain versions of Netscape Navigator that causes the printer to print only one line per page, and thus a large number of pages. This is a Netscape bug that has been corrected in later versions of the software. If you are running an earlier version of a Netscape browser, you may want to upgrade to a later version. Or, you may choose to use Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3.0 or greater, which does not cause a printing problem.

If you have used the troubleshooting guide above and are still experiencing problems printing, please contact us at help@kaisernetwork.org or call the kaisernetwork.org Help Desk at (202) 347-5270.
