Is there a faster way to scroll through a HealthCast session than just hitting the forward or backward arrow? To scroll through a HealthCast quickly, click and hold the time indicator (the square button with the smaller square in the middle of it). While holding down on this button, slide the square to the left or right and release. The video will buffer for a few seconds and then begin to play from that point.
