Elements of State Health Reform

The Kaiser Family Foundation and the National Governors Association Center for Best Practices present this live, interactive webcast with a panel of health policy experts who will discuss options for financing state health reform plans, including the use of existing Medicaid disproportionate share hospital (DSH) payments or other funds to convert to private coverage for the uninsured. The panelists will also examine issues in defining "standard" benefits and the implications for the affordability and adequacy of coverage.
