"Update on Implementation of HIV Rapid Testing in Health Department Supported HIV Prevention Programs," National Alliance of State and Territorial AIDS Directors: The report is based on a survey conducted by NASTAD of state and local health departments to further ongoing monitoring of the departments' efforts to implement and support rapid HIV testing.
