"Don't Take 'No' for an Answer: A Guide to Pharmacy Refusal Laws, Policies and Practices," National Women's Law Center: The report, which was updated earlier this month, examines laws, regulations and other policies governing prescription drug dispensation. It says "there are many laws, regulations, policies, and principles that support a woman's right to receive contraception in the pharmacy or from the pharmacist," but that law and policy regarding the issue "is in constant flux" (Morrison/Borchelt, "Don't Take 'No' for an Answer: A Guide to Pharmacy Refusal Laws, Policies and Practices," January 2007).
