      The South Florida Sun-Sentinel on Sunday began a four-part series examining the impact of HIV/AIDS on children. Headlines for the first installment, which focuses on children in the Caribbean, appear below.

The Sun-Sentinel's series was supported by a Kaiser Family Foundation mini-fellowship for reporting on HIV/AIDS.
