  • "Choosing a Medicare Drug Plan More of a Challenge for Seniors Than Using One," Wall Street Journal Online/Harris Interactive Health Care Poll: According to the online survey of 2,477 U.S. adults, 60% of seniors who have enrolled in a Medicare prescription drug plan somewhat agree or strongly agree that it is or has been difficult to choose a plan, and 53% say that it has been difficult to understand the benefits. The survey also notes that once seniors enrolled in a plan, 26% found the plan difficult to use (Wall Street Journal Online/Harris Interactive Health Care Poll, "Choosing a Medicare Drug Plan More of a Challenge for Seniors Than Using One," 2/23).
